All quotes and estimates provided — whether online, by telephone, or in person — are indicative only. A final price will be confirmed following a physical inspection of your vehicle. The final price may differ from an initial estimate if additional damage or complexity is identified during the repair process. We will always notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.
For insurance-related repairs, work will commence following written approval from your insurer. We use the Audatex estimating system, which is recognised by insurers across Ireland. We are not responsible for delays caused by the insurer's approval process. Any excess or amounts not covered by your insurer remain your responsibility.
We will notify you when your vehicle is ready for collection. We ask that you collect your vehicle within 7 days of notification. Wexford Autobody Repairs reserves the right to charge a storage fee for vehicles not collected within this period. We accept no liability for vehicles left on our premises beyond 30 days after notification of completion.
Wexford Autobody Repairs is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults that were present on the vehicle before it was brought to us for repair. We will carry out an inspection on arrival and note any pre-existing conditions where possible. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known issues with the vehicle before work commences.
Payment is due in full upon collection of your vehicle unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit card, and bank transfer. Work will not be released until payment has been received in full. Returned vehicles or disputed amounts must be raised at the time of collection.
Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the repair work carried out. We are not liable for any consequential loss, loss of earnings, or loss of use arising from vehicle damage or delays in repair. We hold appropriate public liability insurance.
Vehicles are left on our premises at the owner's risk. Whilst we take all reasonable care, we cannot accept liability for theft or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have a concern about a repair carried out by us, please contact us within 30 days of collection. We will assess the concern and carry out any remedial work where the issue is attributable to our workmanship at no additional charge.
